75,000 young people have attended over 170 events with 38 global speakers; Radical Middle Way (RMW) has sprinted its way to the masses since its inception in 2005.
Enticing audiences with quirky titles like “Aren’t You Beautiful?” and “Shaykha Unplugged” to the more mundane “Embracing Your Chosen Land”, RMW seeks to increase understanding of traditional Islamic teachings in a modern western context. Also covering pertinent issues such as Islam and hip-hop, and ‘Are Muslims Ready For Obama?’ RMW attracts a diversity of Muslim audience.
Website manager Ahmed Musa enthuses, “RMW is a platform connecting young Muslims with ideas and their identity, backed by scholars such as Shaykh Habib Ali Jifri and Imam Suhaib Webb.”
